I love working helping people improve their self-esteem. As someone who utilized therapy, self-reflection, and friendships to improve my own self-esteem- I know the impact it can make on your life. The beliefs your hold about yourself are extremely connected on how you feel on a day-to-day basis. As a therapist, I can help you develop more balanced beliefs about yourself and identify where your negative beliefs developed. We all have attributes we may not like about ourselves, but it’s important to accept the value our differences hold. I would love to help you accept these parts of yourself, or dare I say learn to love them.
